The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Battlefield Area is building Christ-centered Club and League sports ministries that pursue athletic excellence while intentionally developing spiritual leaders.


Our mission is clear: To lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.


We are seeking bold, entrepreneurial leaders to help launch, grow, and multiply FCA Sports across our region.


These are builder roles - not maintenance roles.


Open Leadership Roles


FCA Sports Director

Primary Leadership Role


The FCA Sports Director provides vision, strategy, and oversight for all FCA Club and League ministries in the Battlefield Area.


This leader will:

  • Cast and execute the vision for FCA Sports
  • Launch and multiply Clubs and Leagues
  • Recruit and develop League Directors and Club Directors
  • Ensure operational excellence and spiritual intentionality
  • Build donor, board, and community partnerships
  • Integrate FCA’s E3 strategy (Engage, Equip, Empower) into every sports environment
  • Establish financial sustainability and long-term growth systems


This is a visionary, high-capacity leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build something significant and lasting.


FCA League Director

Reports to the FCA Sports Director


The League Director oversees and grows Christ-centered leagues that blend competition, character, and discipleship.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing league operations, logistics, and scheduling
  • Recruiting and training coaches
  • Building strong relationships with parents and churches
  • Ensuring excellence in systems and player experience
  • Integrating spiritual development into the league structure
  • Leading fundraising and financial stewardship efforts


This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who thrives in dynamic environments and loves developing coaches and families.


FCA Club Director

Reports to the FCA Sports Director


The Club Director leads competitive Club programs that combine elite training with intentional discipleship.


Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing Club administration, systems, and compliance
  • Recruiting and developing coaches
  • Managing facilities, tournaments, and program logistics
  • Building a strong Christ-centered team culture
  • Engaging parents and families in ministry
  • Developing financial partnerships and sustainability strategies


This role requires both sports leadership excellence and deep ministry conviction.

  • Experienced in sports leadership, coaching, or program management
  • Able to raise financial support and steward donor relationships

Note: These are full-time position and must be your top professional priority. It is required that you raise your own salary and expenses. There is extensive training and support for those who are called into the sports ministry. The Director positions are a fully committed calling to the ministry of FCA and is not designed to be a secondary position to another role or ministry.
