How to Get Started:
We've made the process of becoming a volunteer as simple and accessible as possible. To get started, follow these easy steps:

• Complete the volunteer interest form on our website.
• Attend a brief orientation session to learn more about Battlefield FCA and our mission.
• Choose a role that aligns with your passions, interests, and availability.
• Begin your journey as a Battlefield FCA volunteer and make a positive impact on our community.
  

Character Coaches: Collaborate with specific sports teams to enhance athletes' character development. Partner with coaching staff and players to foster core values and instill exemplary character traits.

Lead Character Coach: Spearhead the establishment of an impactful character coach ministry. Collaborate with the Area Director to recruit, train, and mentor other Character Coaches.

Coaches Huddle Group Leaders: Guide a dedicated group of coaches while recruiting, training, and mentoring others to follow suit. Work closely with the Area Representative or Area Director.

Huddle Coach: Empower athlete Huddle Club leaders by providing discipleship, training, and instruction in spiritual leadership, group management, personal development, and relationship building.

Board Members: Experienced leaders sought for vital roles in Staff Team, Ministry Team, Camp & Events Team, Fundraising Team, Leadership Development Team, and Marketing Team.

Camp & Event Lead: Coordinate with the Area Director and Area Representative to plan and execute exceptional camps and events. Assist in assembling a robust team of volunteers.

Camp & Event Team: Contribute to various tasks within a camp or event team, such as food coordination, setup and teardown crews, cleaning, water provision, and more.

Marketing Lead: Assemble a talented team of volunteer marketers to raise community awareness. Collaborate directly with the Area Director.

Marketers: Apply your marketing expertise to a greater cause. Skills sought include planning, writing, creative design, web design.
