Your Ministry Impact

As the Greater Stafford Area Director, your leadership will cover Stafford and King George Counties, where you will:

• Develop and lead a team of committed volunteers, coaches, and partners.
• Cultivate relationships with local schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Engage and disciple athletes and coaches, helping them integrate faith and sports.
• Raise financial support to sustain and expand the ministry’s impact.
• Drive strategic growth, ensuring that every aspect of the ministry is effective, God-honoring, and multiplies discipleship.

Note: This is a full-time position and must be your top professional priority. It is required that you raise your own salary and expenses. There is extensive training and support for those who are called into the sports ministry. The Area Representative position is a fully committed calling to the ministry of FCA and is not designed to be a secondary position to another role or ministry. Prayerfully consider if you are called to be fully committed to becoming a long-term member of the FCA team.
