Huddle Leader Application Process

Please follow the instructions below for applying to serve at Power Camp:

• Prayerfully, consider this Call to be a servant leader at Power Camp.
• Complete your own applications: Applications that are completed by parents will not be considered.
• Corresponding with FCA Leadership:
• Questions or concerns, we want to hear from you. Contact from parents of applicants is appropriate; but, as leaders, we want you to show initiative.
• Contact Coach Brock (Huddle Leader Coordinator) directly: email uth4hym@comcast.net or text (540) 538-7144. All communication from Coach Brock during the application process is via email and text, so please check those accounts regularly.   
• FCA Competitor's Camp at Liberty University (June 28 - July 2) for 13 - 18-year-olds (FCA Camps) If you serve as a Huddle Leader at camp or at your campus huddle there will be a 1/2 discount code. 

• Read 2026 Application Information Cover Letter
• Download, complete, print and mail in Power Camp Huddle Leader/JR Huddle Leader Application (ensure you include a picture of yourself)
• Make a copy of your Power Camp Huddle Leader/JR Huddle Leader Application for your record.
• Download and print “2026 Reference Letter” give to your reference to complete.

ATTENTION HUDDLE LEADERS:

1. Returning Huddle Leaders:  Get started early with the new online Volunteer Impact Portal (VIP). VIP is different than your Huddle Leader Application. This is mandatory for everyone serving at camp, it needs to be completed by 1 May 2006.  Along with the VIP, there will be some FCA online training needed, it will be listed in the VIP.

NOTE: 

When logging into VIP use your previous email address that was used for past FCA training.

   2. New Huddle Leaders: You will receive instruction when to complete the Volunteer Impact Portal (VIP).
