Our Impact Through the E3 Discipleship Model
In our Power Camps, sports camps, and school huddles, we see this model come to life, nurturing well-rounded individuals who are prepared to lead in their communities.
Battlefield FCA thrives on the E3 model: Engage, Equip, Empower. This discipleship approach shapes our interactions with coaches and athletes, fostering growth in sport and faith.
- Engage: We create genuine connections, sharing life and the Gospel, as inspired by 1 Thessalonians 2:8. Our engagement is about building deep, meaningful relationships.
- Equip: Following Ephesians 4:12, we provide tools for spiritual growth, centering our teaching around prayer, community, and scripture. Our huddles and camps are platforms for this vital equipping.
- Empower: Guided by 2 Timothy 2:2, we mentor our participants to become leaders who can replicate this model, passing on what they've learned in a cycle of continuous growth and outreach.
Through these principles, we're not just conducting activities; we're building a community of faith-driven individuals. Our Power Camps, sports camps, and school huddles are more than gatherings; they are incubators for spiritual, personal, and communal development. It’s here that we see the transformative power of Christ at work, shaping not only athletes and coaches but also future leaders for our communities.
But the reality is stark. We are at risk of losing our youth to the distractions and pressures of the world. The need for positive role models and safe, nurturing environments is growing every day.
